Arizona & Medical Marijuana

Medical Marijuana is legal in AZ.  But can you take a medical deduction on your AZ tax return?  The AZ code refers to the IRS code and definition of what is a deductible medical expense.  Therefore, you may have a problem if you deduct it since the Federal definition does not allow it.  The burden will be on you to prove the deduction is allowed.
